Our Story

BrandMonitor was born in 2015 when our founder, Sarah Chen, a digital marketing executive, faced a crisis at her company. A negative customer review went viral, and by the time the team discovered it, the damage to their brand reputation was significant.

Sarah realized that the existing monitoring tools were inadequate - they were either too expensive, too limited in scope, or too complicated to use effectively. She envisioned a solution that would provide comprehensive coverage across all digital channels while remaining accessible and actionable for businesses of all sizes.

Partnering with data scientist Alex Rivera and UX specialist Mei Wong, Sarah built the first version of BrandMonitor in 2016.
